Maite:''I must say now I feel like I really am playing the role in Hairspray the way I want to.I feel my voice has stabilised with all the dancing and running around the way i hoped it would and the german is getting easier to sing ...in all Hairspray is an experience that has changed my career....and it has helped me lose weight hahahaha I have been sick on some occasions and so all the more am I grateful that I have such a wonderful cover...I have had a stomach ulcer, and as I react to stress we have decided I will not play double shows anymore ...ever since then I am doing fantastic and I am able to give out all the power again....people underestimate how physical it is and that's good. It's not meant to look hard and while I do it I enjoy it ...However when I'm home I do feel the muscle ache and i am grateful to my body for being so strong even though I am a big girl. I am so happy that those who come really like it and I am very grateful for such great colleagues we all get along really well.'' MSK Team:''Do you plan new projects in 2010?''
